President
Shon Christy
Hello WEBC! I am Shon Christy and I am proud to be your booster club president for the next two seasons! This is my second term as president and while I am proud of where we are, I am even more excited about where we are going together!
Vice President
Anna Graham
I am a social worker by degree, and spent my time in the field doing mental health work in the nonprofit sector.
Life threw me an opportunity, which led to over a decade of retail management. During this time I was promoted to a Regional Trainer, where I trained managers in 21 stores.
Having 3 young children at the time, and traveling more than was ideal, I decided to begin my career as a Realtor. I have been selling residential Real Estate for almost 7 years now, and have a small, and growing, team of my own. I am proud to say I have earned sales rewards for the past 3 years of my career.
I am committed to the community, and serve as PTA President for our Middle School. We just completed our largest fundraiser of the year, and were able to earn $12,000 for the school. My goal as president is to keep the school 1 to 1 with computers.
I recently served as our HOA Secretary, as well as currently serve as the Liaison between the WE Gymnastics teams and the Booster Club. This year is the first for such a relationship, and I am proud we were able to raise funds for, and organize the first gymnastics showcase.
Treasurer
Kristy Whittaker
Kristy has one daughter, Kaitlyn, who is 13 years old and going into the eighth grade at Brecksville-Broadview Heights Middle School. Kaitlyn is currently on Authority for the second season. Kristy harmlessly enrolled Kaitlyn in an afterschool tumbling program that was advertised at the elementary school the first year living in the district. Kaitlyn took classes off and on until one day she landed her back handspring. It was at that point Kaitlyn asked her mom if she could join all-star cheer. After one year of the half year program during World Elite’s inaugural year, Kristy and Kaitlyn were ready to jump in with both feet. Last year was their first year in the full year in the program and both Kristy and Kaitlyn have made many friends and memories with their WE family.
Kristy has been in the financial world for her entire professional career. She has been at KeyBank for the past 7 years where she currently holds the position of Business Banking Sales Leader. Kristy loves helping business owners realize their dreams and it was through her passion for finance and business that brought her to the position of Treasurer for WEBC.
Both Kristy and Kaitlyn enjoy traveling to anywhere with a beach, mostly Naples, Florida and Redondo Beach, California. Kristy loves enjoying a drink and laughing with friends, especially on a patio near water, going to Cedar Point, and singing loudly in the car with Kaitlyn. Besides Kaitlyn, Kristy also has a chubby black cat named Spooky.

Shannon Vargo
My name is Shannon Vargo. My family and I have been involved with World Elite for over 7 years. My daughter Ayanna has been in the competitive cheer program for going on 5 seasons now. My passion for this sport stems way back to my elementary school days through High School. It makes my heart so full that I get to share this experience with my daughter and see her love for what she does grow as she sets goals for herself and achieves them! Our time at WE has been such an amazing experience! The dedication from the owners and coaches to the athletes and families shows every time you walk in the gym. For the past 3 years I've had the pleasure of being a Team Rep for the gym, serving as a liaison to communicate information from the coaches/owners to the parents and athletes. I've always enjoyed serving and helping others. I look forward to hopefully meeting you all throughout this season!
